Having identified a niche for smaller businesses that were struggling to access trustworthy HR services, Liquid HR was established in 2011 as one of the first companies to specifically offer full-service HR Consulting and HR Outsourcing to small and medium-sized enterprises. Starting in Sydney and Melbourne, we work with businesses across Australia, ultimately saving time, money and stress for our partners.We understand that being responsible for business strategy and day-to-day operations is difficult enough without worrying about the complexities of human resource management and employee relations.We firmly believed that every small business deserves the opportunity to grow their organisation through effective HR consultants, without the prohibitive cost of an internal human resources department.
