As the Director of Liquid HR, Nick is accountable for overseeing the brand and strategy of the business. He focuses intensely on challenging the status quo and is driven by adding value to Liquid HR’s clients through commercial, pragmatic human resources initiatives.

With a background in Human Resources Management, Nick established Liquid HR in 2011, driven to support businesses as they navigate through what can sometimes be a complex employment landscape.

Over 15 years, he has gained comprehensive domestic and international consulting experience, guiding organisations to develop strategic and operational HR programs.
