In addition to her 20 plus years of HR experience, Angela is Degree qualified in Business (majoring in HR and Psychology) and Law. Angela has professional experience in a vast array of industries along, with global corporates and NFP companies. Angela’s Industry experience includes FMCG, therapeutic goods, steel manufacturing, IT, transport, finance, Engineering and Legal.
Angela is practiced at partnering with executive management to diagnose business needs and formulate recommendations coupled with execution of appropriate solutions. One of her key motivators is turning strategy into operational benefits for the organisation. Although, she is seasoned across all areas of HR including acquisitions and divestitures; performance management; ER/IR, recruitment and selection; projects; HRIS; change management; outsourcing; compensation and benefits; and training and development.
