Complaint and Grievance

Employee complaints and grievances should always be taken seriously and investigated accordingly. This form allows employees to report any instances of bullying/harrassment, discrimination or to highlight any grievance they may have. Information used on this form may then assist the employer in investigating the complaint/grievance.
