With over 20 years of HR experience, primarily within the Banking and Finance industry, Marc has held roles including HR Generalist, People Change Manager, HR Consultant, and HR Business Partner.
He brings hands-on experience across the full employment lifecycle, with expertise in award interpretation, industrial relations advice, enterprise bargaining negotiations, HR policy and procedure development, strategic HR, business partnering, and change management—particularly in guiding teams through mergers. His background also includes performance management (including managing underperformance), workplace investigations, and a strong focus on Work Health & Safety, encompassing employee wellbeing initiatives, injury management, and workers compensation claims.
Marc has worked closely with stakeholders at all levels, including Board Members, and is known for tailoring communication to suit diverse audiences. He is especially passionate about supporting small to medium enterprises, helping them strengthen the employment journey through robust HR frameworks.
Marc holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Sydney, as well as a Commerce Degree (Management major) from the University of Western Sydney.
