Nicole has over 15 years experience as a HR Generalist working across a number of industries throughout her career including telecommunications, mining, manufacturing and not for profit. She has a broad range of HR experience including; recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, industrial relations, HR projects, cultural and change management projects.
She has a passion for HR, working with people and building strong relationships. She prides herself on her ability to provide a high level of service to her customers.
