Peter is an experienced and versatile Human Resources professional with broad industry experience spanning over 25 years. With a hands-on and pragmatic approach, Peter has held HR Manager positions in manufacturing, pharmaceutical and health care (including a health-related trade union). He has extensive experience in enterprise bargaining, workforce planning and change management. Peter has also had exposure to international HR, having worked for a large US based matrix organisation.
Peter holds a Master of Business in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Victoria University in Melbourne.
