Tony Touma

As General Manager of Liquid HR, Tony is responsible for operations, client account management and HR consultant support.

Tony is a senior professional with over 25 years of human resources management  experience attained in both top tier local and global organisations. Tony has worked across many industries including banking, insurance, government as well as the private sector.  He has extensive strategic and operational expertise gained across a broad range of HR disciplines including strategic business partnering, employee relations, culture and talent development, as well as executive coaching and leadership.

His achievements include leadership and partnering on business transformations and change to enhance operating models, improve competitiveness, drive performance and reduce costs.  He has also provided leadership through mergers and acquisitions, as well as delivery of complex projects. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as formal accreditation in organisational coaching and assessment.
