Parental Leave Extension Acknowledgement- Not Approved

This letter can be utilized when the employer does not approve the parental leave extension. The employer will need to provide reasons in writing. The employer will also need to consider and inform the employee in writing if there is any other period of extension, they would be willing to agree to.
