He excels in people and culture management, employee engagement, HR business partnering, performance management, policy and procedure implementation, corporate training, and organisational development. Marco holds a Master of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HR and Industrial Relations, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
