Naomi possesses over 12 years experience of providing strategic and transactional HR support in both the private and public sector within the UK and more recently in Australia.
Having excelled in providing generalist HR support throughout her career to date, Naomi has gained extensive experience in the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment to exit. She is fully versed with coaching and mentoring managers to achieve people-related outcomes through her natural ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
Naomi thrives when challenged with HR complexities; possessing a great ability to interpret and share employment law and legislation to all experience levels in a straightforward manner.
